iCloud on other Apple ID

Hi guys,

I have my Apple ID in Uk.

I want to switch to USA account.

When I want to sign out of my iCloud UK, it says it will delete everything from my mac.

In iPhone, I don't even can sign out...

what should I do? :/
 
Okay, everything is ok on iPhone.

When I try to turn on Notes iCloud, it says create me.com account. I have it already. Where I have to enter it?
