Hi guys,
I updated from Lion to Mountain Lion, everything's working great but I want to do clean install. I don't mind installing all the apps again, so I don't want to do a time machine backup. I'll just backup the photos and music to an external HD.
What's the best way to do this if I already have mountain lion installed? Can I boot from the recovery partition, format the HD and do a clean install? Or theres's a better way to do it?

Thanks

There are only 2 ways to waste your time doing a clean install. A bootable USB or the Recovery partition.
