Does anyone have any suggestions on how to obtain gift cards for the Canadian store? There's a couple shows there that aren't in the US one that I'd like to be able to watch. eBay doesn't have much for non-US cards. I did find one site but they change a $4.99 fee per card. Also, would there be tax on purchases? I want to know if a $15 card would be enough for a $14.99 season pass.
