Hello.I would like to hook this mointor ( http://www.amazon.com/Apple-M7649Zm-Studio-Display-Monitor/dp/B00005NKXC/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1344052338&sr=8-7&keywords=apple+monitor ) to my 2011 macbook air.What cable(s) would be required to do so?Can you post me a link to where I could buy them?Thanks in advance!

lol.....buy a regular monitor and save yourself the trouble. it's not design for your MBA.

You'd need an ADC to DVI adapter, which were huge and expensive, then a DVI to Mini Displayport adapter. That would get it connected anyway. Do you realise your screen in the MBA has a higher resolution than this 17"?

anyone notice that the MBA mid 2012 cannot work with any VGA device ? This is really a turn down since I need to connect to projector for presentation and such.
