I have a couple 1080p AVI & MKV video files that I'd like to convert using Handbrake into a format compatible with my Apple TV 3, my iPad 3, and my iPhone 4. My goal here is to wind up with the highest quality video possible that's also compatible on all of these devices. What is the best Handbrake preset use for this situation?

One other quick question...

Is there an app from the Mac App Store (or directly from a developer's site) that offers a 1-click method of converting a 1080p/720p video file (currently in .avi, .mkv, .mov, .wmv, etc.) into a format compatible with all of the devices listed above, while generating the highest quality video possible? If so, which preset/conversion option within this mystery app would allow me to achieve this with the press of a (preset) button?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated... Thanks!
