Hello all,

I just bought my MBA mid-2012 recently and I just noticed this problem. At first I thought it was a "design" of the new Photoshop CS6 but I noticed it whenever my MBA displays black color in the display.

Is this a hardware issue? I think it is. What should I do? Is this covered in my laptop's warranty?

Thanks in advance for the replies.

It looks more like streaking from a cleaning solution used in the screen. Did you try wiping it off? :)

No because of cleaning

I don't use solutions when cleaning the display. I just use microfiber cloth. Nothing fancy. I tried wiping it off but it doesn't go away. I don't think they're dirt or whatsoever as an effect of cleaning. I think its the display's black color washed out or something. :(
