Safari Right Click Dock Menu Open New Missing?

Hi Guys,

Tried to start a Safari window in a space where I didn't have Safari and noticed that I couldn't right-click the Safari Icon and choose "new" in the dock anymore.

The only option are "open" which jumps to Safari in a different space

Is it me or has that function disappeared?

Hmm...Not for me...maybe the old trusted reboot will solve it! ...checking....

Yeah, reboot solved the problem, icons of started programs seem to behave correctly now, some was missing before.
