"Visual Shopping List" is free app for making shopping lists. Our focus is maximum usability and minimum text input. We acheave this by making only 1 level categorization and adding general items which could be used for reminders (like "other vegetables" or the "books" category).
Most of the time people already know what exactly they want to buy from the supermarket and need just reminder for this. For example if I want to buy computer mouse or CD I will just select the category "Computers" with the other items I want to buy.

The visual appearence is very clear and beautifull (in my opinion) even we are only two software developers not designers.
