Hello, my tracking speed for my mouse doesn't change no matter how slow or fast i set it. My mouse speed stays constant and scrolling speed stay constant. I installed steer mouse earlier and deleted it by right clicking it in system preferences. Is this my problem?

Yeah, thats the problem.
Install Steer Mouse again and open the app. When the app is open, click on "help" menu and click uninstall. Now it would be properly uninstalled. Cheers.
