ok, i need to know what is the downright CHEAPEST flat screen monitor out there (it needs to actualy work :p ) i don't have a lot of money to spend and i'd like a 17" although will settle for 15, and 19 is just GREAT if its a good price. nothin over 500. preferably under 300 :) i'm pretty sure i won't have much luck with this but its worth a shot (used are great too)

By flat screen you mean LCD flat panel?

Are your spending requirements in Canadian?

Not sure if canada has the same, but Dell regularly runs coupons for their displays and their 19" LCDs can be had for somewhere between $200-$250 USD...

hover around dells site. you can usually get a 15" or 17" under 200 especially with cupons. that is usually most reliable for least amount of money. if you want cheaper you can sometimes find retruned, opened, or floor models at your local electronics stores for about the same price or a little chepaer. i have seen 15" for 150 that way before. but the availbility of something like that is not very good.
