I took a chance on this ram stick from newegg for the new 12" 1.33 Ghz ibook...
A-DATA 512MB 200-Pin DDR SO-DIMM DDR 333 (PC 2700) Notebook Memory Model ADFDB1916 - OEM
It worked great, and at a price of $44.81 and $3 something shipping.
Just thought I'd give the heads up. Installing it was a real pain though... you will need a 0 grade phillips head screwdriver. My fingers hurt
