I have recently been upgrading some users at the company i work for from Snow Leopard MacBooks, to Lion MBP. The issue I am having is coming from going from AD controlled machines to the Lion machines to which we are keeping off of AD.
The issue arises with the transferred accounts they are labeled as 'Mobile' accounts and i believe this is stopping things like local password changes/ managing start up options.
Since they are no longer domain controlled these features would be very nice to have.
I have tried the following bash commands to no success of removing "mobile" from any transferred account.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
