What would be a good app for this?

So I belong to a Pokemon forum, and we are gonna make our own pokedex.
I need a good app to make the dex, and was wondering what a good app would be.

Basically, the app just has to be something that I can insert pictures and text boxes, and it will come out as a bunch of pages (like a book).

The requirements:
The more pages each app allows per book, the better. (between 150-650 pages is desirable)
The cheaper, the better
Is there one app that just imports documents from the Apple word processor, Pages?

A pokedex is basically an encyclopedia of all the pokemon from the Pokemon game franchise.

The app I need just needs to be something that can group a bunch of pages together as a book. Some book making apps look decent, but I also am finding it kinda hard to describe what I want.
