Hey everybody, I'm getting ready to make the move to Chicago in the next few weeks, and from what I can tell from this forum there are quite a few members from the Chicago area here... so I have a question, or actually a few questions for ya'll.
1) I need to move in to the Hyde Park area (going to the U of Chicago and only have a bike), so if anyone knows of any cheap apartments or good areas they'd recommend around there, I'd be very grateful. I only know what I've found on rent.com and the like.
2) Where are some cool places to go? Good bars/restaurants/attractions, etc. Preferably near the University as I don't have a car, but I can use public transportation to get pretty much anywhere, so it should be cool.
3) Where's the closest Apple Store?
