How in the world do you use this luggage?

OK guys i just bought this ridiculously sexy set of luggage from Victorinix (aka Swiss Army) but i cant figure out how to use the garment bag thing. I know i am probably just stupid, and yes i know this is macrumors but can someone show me how to use the damn thing? lol.

It looks like if you disconnect the plastic clip thingies, it will let the garment bag unfold, so that the bottom of the garment bag would still be attached to the luggage, and thus act as a hinge?
