From my googling I know that this is an Opera Panels/Hotlist/Bookmark/Notes something or other.
The problem is when I import the file to the App Store's downloaded Opera browser app, the "folders" are there, but no content. I know there's content because when I look at the raw script (which is the extend of my know-how) there's text, links, and what looks like links to videos. Of course mixed into a bunch of code I don't understand...
Ideally I'd like to be able to convert this to html or something else that's easier to open. Even making it work in Opera *gag* would be fine.
I don't have a choice in needing to access this file since it was given to me by an instructor.
Where'd they get this file...?
