3 and 4 keyboard shortcuts don't work

So for some reason my ⌘3 and ⌘4 keyboard shortcuts don't work in any application. Custom assigned shortcuts don't work nor do the native ones such as displaying files in column format in Finder. Anyone know why this could be?

⌘-Shift-3/4 work fine for screenshots though
