Bootcamp drivers & vmware

I just installed VMware 5.0 on my macbook pro retina but I'm wondering if I should install bootcamp drivers 3.0 with it?

Any benefits?
Should I install it within the vmware environment?

Considering Fusion fakes the hardware adding Bootcamp drivers won't change anything. Just install the VMWare additions, and you should be fine.
