Outlook 2011 emails to Gmail?

Hi All

I am in the process of converting everything over to my new business account with gmail where i am using my own domain name 'clickmediaent.com'

For a year now i have been using Outlook 2011 and I want to move all my emails in my outlook 2011 to my gmail account. Is there a way of doing this?

I do not want to lose these emails.

thanks. Doesn't look like that outlook can sync contacts and calender though? think i'll stick with google.
