I indulge in buying things with the promise of rebates and almost always apply for them and then wait the typical 8 - 12 weeks to get my check.
I bought a Mac Mini and HP Printer last month and sent in my rebate. 3 days ago I got an email from apple saying the rebate had been processed and I should have a check w/in 30 days and if not, then contact them.
I received the check yesterday.
Boy, gotta love that! Why can't other vendor/rebate programs be run as well
