I am a used car dealer and having major java issues, the applets show up fine and its there but for example I have a box full of pics to select and it wont let me check the box one by one only the top box to select or deselect all. how can i fix this?

You might try this process to install the newest Java 7 and follow the instructions to make Java 7 at the top of the list so it gets used instead on Java 6.
