Handbrake and Apple TV3 preset on an ATV2

Hi.
I have some movies that i converted via Handbrake using the ATV2 presets (as i have an ATV2).
However, i will be getting an ATV3 in the future and will then use the ATV3 presets at that time.

If i convert my movies with the ATV3 preset when i only have an ATV2 will there be problems? I dont want to have to re-convert my movies once i upgrade my ATV.
