At a month out they should all have ML. The real question is whether they'll have the 10.8.1 update or not, but that doesn't matter really.

Yeah If i bought a mac from an AS now i'd expect it to be running ML, wouldn't be an issue if it wasn't 8.1 because of the size of this update.
It depends I the stock they have was released before ML. If so, you just get a free download code anyways
I bought an MBA a couple of weeks ago in the apple store up the street. It came with Lion. I already had a USB stick ready to go and reloaded it with ML.

That's like a minute and a half update. I would not worry about not having 10.8.1 on it.
