New clan website

I'm trying to get a new Wolfenstein clan going in afew months aroung spring and I've got a site running at www.alliedmasters.tk. I'll take any opinions on how to make it better, but my real problem is I can't find a free PHP server online so I have to serve the message board off of my computer, which means it isn't always running. If you got any ideas?...
