no, i haven't. but, i was wondering the same thing. What size were you considering? I think the 1GB for $99 is a great deal, no matter how scratched up it is.

wow- didn't know they sold refurbed shuffles... seems like waste of time for them when they're so cheap to start with- works out for us though!

I bought a refurb 1GB Shuffle. Came to me looking brand new. Still looks it. I didn't need that fancy green box. I really wasn't too worried as I wanted one to go running with. Now it's part of my daily routine. Great little thing.
