Newbe to forums.
Have had iPod touch 2nd gen for a while now, but decided I would like to put some movies I have on my pc onto me touch to watch while at work.
My problem is I can put them on but none of them will play.
I have some video songs on it, from the apps store, they play perfect.
All the video's are mp4 which I'm told are the format they need to be.
I load them on through iTunes. The play in iTunes on my pc but when put onto touch they don't play at all.
Have done a google search and have tried some things but thought I would be best to try out forum for help.
Willing to try anything.
Was thinking of doing a factory reset just incase I may have altered some settings in the past that's causing me problem.?
