i really haev no use for the modem or antenna port, and that just adds onto the price, so not really... unless you are willing to part with it for the same cost as the cheaper ones, which i doubt.

The average price I saw on eBay for them was $120 + shipping, so if somebody wants to do $115 shipped? I think I might have a deal in progress but will keep you posted :D
