very interesting indead

i've only been using Skype for a few months now, but am a programmer and am well aware of what a properly written API is capable of

dashboard widget ? althow off the top of my head, i'm not sure what good it would do you, seeing how you kinda need to be looking at the program open to do anything, and the fact that to answer a call, it popups anyways, but im sure something will come out for the dashboard

i had a suggestion, althow i dont know how capable the API is yet (havent looked at it that indepth) but all Apple computers (to my knowledge) have a built in modem port

to be able to send audio and receive voice to and from the modem port into and out of Skype would be cool

huckup a cordless phone and it could be a good hands free set to talk through skype with

but well see... in the right hands, interesting things can come out of API access, seeing how skype is closed source

still hoping / praying for Skype for the nokia 9500 / 9300
