Your speakers have a yellow? RCA, Red = right side audio, White = left side audio, Yellow = analog video.

Anyway, this should work for you.

The iMac's audio output is a 3.5mm stereo mini-plug, so you might be able to get away with a cheap miniplug-to-RCA cable from Radio Shack, Fry's, Best Buy, wherever.

If the speakers aren't powered, most likely the audio output levels will be disappointingly weak since the iMac doesn't have a built-in amplifier.

If that's the same, you'd need a small amplifier to drive the speakers. Here are a couple:

I suggest you post a photograph of your speakers (and connector) as well as a detailed description about them, or at least a make/model number for more helpful responses.

Sadly, you have miscategorized this question. Had you filed it under "iMac," you probably would have gotten a dozen or more responses. Instead, you incorrectly filed it under rarely-visited, estoric "Digital Audio" category.

He might be better off with an amp that has RCA outputs, Topping makes some really nice small amps, but Your right, we really do need to know what the speakers are to help any.
