How to turn off sound when tweeting from Safari?

Hi all,

In Mountain Lion, when I tweet a page from Safari using the share button a bird tweet sound is produced. Is there any way to turn this off? It really gets on my nerves. In my notification centre nor Safari nor Twitter have sound enabled ...
