Which cheap ($300) 19" LCD?

I'm thinking of getting a cheap 19" LCD for work to connect my old windows PC and occasionally, the 15" PB for more viewing area. I won't be playing games or watching DVDs. I'll basically be reviewing medical records, typing, etc.

Here are the ones I am considering:
1) Dell 1905 (most expensive of the bunch)
2) Acer AL1912b
3) Samsung SyncMaster 912n
4) KDS K915s
5) Gateway FPD1960
6) Xerox XG-91D
7) Westinghouse LCM-19v1

Any thoughts?

Definately go with the Samsung, they tend to have the best quality, price, and warranty ratio.

9 times outa 10, 19" screens have the same resolution as 17"... thus making the extra screensize unuseful. Go for the Dell 20" or just get a 17" widescreen.

I have the 17" 715V. You can get it for like $240 sometimes on sale. It's realllllllllly nice, so I would agree with Sutekidane and get the Samsung.

samsung or dell. if you want a really good deal watch dell for good sales. usually with sales and rebate numbers (that you can find on google) you can get the 19" for around $200 or less! i think ive seen it for just around 200 on the website and im guessing there were additional rebates on top of that. but samsung has really good quality though dell is just as good.

I keep a pretty good watch on the deal sites and have never seen the Dell 1905FP for under $286. It's a good screen, though, with lots of extras: height adjustable tilt/swivel stand, monitor pivots to portrait mode, 4-port USB hub, and four inputs (DVI, VGA, S-Video, and composite video). All those features make it worth the extra cost, to me.

I've compared 19" and 17" LCDs side-by-side, and preferred the 19" ones. I bought a 20" myself because I like the higher resolution, but the larger image size of the 19" is nice too.
