I got .alz file from pc user friend. But I don't know how to expand it. Does anybody know how to do it?

From what I can tell, this Alzip file must have been made with something like this. Ask if he can send it in a more mac friendly format like .zip or .tar or .sit. From what I can find there isn't a way to open a .alz on a mac. 😱
