I don't care about turn by turn,flyover,siri,panorama or other stuff,I just want to know if the iphone 4 is faster,slower and if it is laggy or not.

Many people are reporting that it's noticeably snappier and is problem-free. Many other people are reporting lots of issues with it. Poke around this forum a bit.
