is my laptop too old to run mountain lion?

Mac Pro 13 inch

Processor 2.26 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
Graphics NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB
Software Mac OS X Lion 10.7.4 (11E53)

I am planning on getting a bigger memory in the next few months, but would it be sufficient to run Mountain Lion now? What else would you guys recommend i upgrade? Thanks.
