Trying to restore from a back up but it says Its been restored onto to many devices

So I tried restoring from a back up on my iPhone 6, but its says its been installed on too many devices in the last 90 days. Is there anything I can do to get it on here? Can apple do anything if I go into them?

back up the old iphone to iTunes and then restore to the new one with iTunes
