Hey folks, I am a bit excited because I stumbled accross a cool little app. It's called AU Lab which is an audio recording/mixing application that is included with Apple's Developer Tools on the Tiger DVD.
I've played around with it today and created a cool mix that turns my Strat into a church organ.
