I went through the iOS 6 beta program, and when iOS 6 was released, still didn't get the panorama option (which is supposed to be available for iPhone 4S).

So, I thought I would reset my phone. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem able to restore from the iCloud backup! I get a message "Cannot restore backup: Your iPhone cannot be restored because there is a problem with your backup data. Choose a different backup to restore from."

I have tried all the available backups, and all are the same.

Has anyone seen this before? know how to fix it?

Mark.

Did you backup locally via iTunes also or all via iCloud?
The panorama mode works on my 4S, I am using the GM.

All via cloud, unfortunately!

I have a very old backup on the computer, and I did a sync just before I reset.

I guess I will restore from there, and work on it.

Any idea how I can get the panorama to appear?

I am wondering if the use of iOS 6 beta caused this.

Mark.

Hit the camera button, then click options and the option appears.
I am using the GM, so if you updated from the betas to the GM you should have it.
