Haha, unfortunately when the box arrives to the buyer I believe Paypal will side with the seller because the listing and description are accurate.
 
There are tons of these empty Apple Product Boxes littered amongst eBay. Look for Airs' Pros' and iMacs even... Sad world we live in...
 
With these things I always imagine that the seller got too greedy and finally stuck on his own last bid.
