DLO Action Jacket for iPhone 5 - OR Alternative???

Anyone know if DLO is still around? I can't seem to find an official website. I been using this for all 5 generation iPhone's. I use to this to workout but can't seem to find an alternative or case maker to fill the void? Anyone?

I still have my iPhone 5 just sitting in my case since the lack of similar case, expensive cables, and lack of jailbreak, have my iPhone 5 waiting to be activated.

Anyone know of similar case or pouch to hold me over?
