Is there a way to downgrade from IOS 6 to IOS 5.1.1 (Iphone 4) (no SHSHblobs)

I have an Verizon (CDMA) Iphone 4 (Black) with IOS 6 i'm wondering if there is a way to downgrade to IOS 5.1.1

I didn't save my SHSHblobs before upgrading.

I'm running iTunes version 10.6.3.25

I've read something about downloading an .ipsw file and restoring my phone?

any help is appreciated.

51% iPhone 4 here also. While waiting for "Purchased," App Store crashes. Moving large apps causes shutdown. Wifi works for awhile and suddenly turns off.
IOS 6 has slowed 4 to turtle pace. So far there is no way to get back to version 5...

Can anyone point me in the right direction of how to downgrade my 4S from iOS6 back to 5.1.1 if I DO have my SHSH in TinyUmbrella?
