WMP9 OS X Question

Hi, is there any way to make a playlist or library in WMP9? If anyone knows how the Windows versions work, you can add files to a library, rather than only being able to play one file at a time. This gets quite annoying, and without the feature WMP seems pointless on Mac. And don't say download VLC, because I use that as well, but it doesn't play WMV3 files.

If this feature isn't enabled in WMP9 for Mac OS X, then is there anyway to convert WMV3 to something else?
 
I try not to use WMP9, it's always crashing and giving me problems, but you can use Flip4Mac to get the wmv's into QuickTime and then export from there to whatever file type you wanted. That's what I have now and I love not having to deal with WMP
