I was just trying to re-download and app I've had before, when I got the pop-up saying the iTunes terms and conditions have changed. Ok, no big deal. I read through the changed parts, click agree and then try to re-download it,

Same thing happened.

I there any way to get it to work? Theres some podfics I want to download to help me sleep since my computers video card is fried and I can't use my desktop.

I'm having the exact same problem on both my iPad and iPod touch. It's an endless loop.

This ally stinks. I hope it gets fixed soon, 'cause I go bonkers without some sort of music/podfic/movie to get me to sleep (and guess where the stuff is?)

Seems like the issue was fixed overnight. I just had to re-agree to a Chang one more time, and it seems like the app is downloading.
