E-Mail Apple instead of calling?

I was just wondering if there is an Apple Support email address? I would rather spend 3 minutes typing an email than 30 minutes on the phone with them.

They certainly have one, as I've mailed them once before. It's probably on the Apple.com page somewhere.

Edit: Well, couldn't find it.

The time I mailed them, was some sale related request. Don't know if they have e-mail support.

This was with Apple Norway though.

I find talking to someone one on one usually gets things handled quicker. Dont get me wrong id much rather shoot a quick email but sometimes you just gotta get things done and outta the way

I think you will find there isnt a direct e-mail adress, you will need to follow the support part of the apple site and fill in a form which will be sent to apple and then they will reply to you, be warned though it can take a few days, if you are in a hurry give them a ring,

I would think you'd be much better off just contacting them on the phone!
