Looking for process monitor type app

I'm looking for a process monitor app for a non-jailbroken phone that can tell me what app might be causing my phone to show usage when it ought to be idle. In other words why the usage time is nearly as long as the time since last charge. I have System Activity Monitor, but while it lists running processes it doesn't tell me how much CPU they're using.
