So what would happen here???

I've been doing some thinking and I've been wondering what would happen to the selling price of PPC Macs when Intel Macs are released (and are sold across the whole line). It would either:

a) Slide down!
b) Shoot up and all PPC owners become millionaires.
c) Slide down, but then the price would rise (or freeze) as they become classics.
d) Slowly but surely lose its value.

Methinks it would be c) but im not too sure. What do you guys think?

Yes, mostly C. Computers decrease in value. Not really sure that classic status will have all that much of an effect.

Quick fall, then a slower fall until they become rare, then a rise.
