I'm looking for iPad productivity apps, with good design, elegant UI. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance.

I use

Agenda - very well designed agenda app, simple but elegant.

Evernote - for various notes that I need to know are always with me.

OmniFocus - to organise to do lists for different projects, syncs with Air.

CP Notebook for note taking.

Notability for hand written notes.

DevonThink (synced with my Mac) for when I need to bring with me certain papers from my 'archive' on my mac.

TextExpander, to make typing more efficient (this can also be synced to mac, although I found the mac version so expensive I got a different app for my Air).

DocsToGo for viewing Microsoft Office docs.

iAnnotate or PDF Expert to mark up PDFs.

iThoughtsHD for mind mapping.

Elements to sync my Scrivener projects from my mac.

Sente for PDF management.

And then I recently got MagicalPad which I think can be a good note taking tool, and OmniOutliner, but I haven't really tested them out yet.
