Mac Mini G4 and 2nd Gen Drobo

Found a great deal on a Mac mini G4 (cheaper than a droboshare) and I was wondering if I could use it with my 2nd Gen Drobo? I'd use a FW800->400 cable and share the drive over SMB/FTP/AFP. I was just wondering IF I would have any issue with a 16TB LUN on 10.5 with a PPC.
