iCloud Emails puzzle

Hi,

In the iCloud control panel, i have 64.9Mb of mail in my inbox, but on icloud.com, there are no messages, not in bin or achieve. Why is it showing up that something is there when it ins't?!?! Obviously it isn't a huge thing, it just puzzles me, especially as the storage is limited to 5Gb already.
