So, trying to switch from my iPod Classic to an iPod Touch (now on iOS6), for various reasons, but it's being...weird.

I've got a lot of audiobooks, including a lot of mp3 and m4b podfics (when people read aloud fanfics), and I've always been able to just go into the file's properties, deem them audiobooks, and load them with no issue. On my new Touch, they certainly load, but I can not speed up or slow them down and, in fact, can't even see this as an option anywhere!

Here's some screenshots to show what I see:

Also, while my classic always organized my audiobooks by track title, the Touch is organizing them by album. Very inconvenient when my metadata scheme has me using album for the fandom. So, now, instead of using the first few characters of the title to determine play order, I've no control over play order. Any idea how I can get everything listed by title and not album?
