MBA battery life 95% only after 30 cycles ?

Hi

my brand new MBA bought this summer had 97% battery life right after unboxing it

now after 30 recharge cycles, it's down to 95%

is this normal ?

it's measured with istat nano, so is this accurate or should i ignore this figure ?

It is perfectly normal if your battery health (maximum capacity) is more or less than 100%, even when brand new, or if it fluctuates up or down over time. For further details, read the CHECKING STATUS AND HEALTH section of the following link.
